TQT means it is organic, Fair Trade (and Fairtrade) Honeybush tea from Ericaville on the picturesque Garden Route mountains of the Western Cape.

Espresso makes an intense brew. The taste is warm-woody with a distinctive golden-honey note on the palate...

Make a heavenly tea-treat: add steamed milk (and a drop of honey for pure decadence!) for a Honey-brew-Latte.

Espresso brew is versatile - it can be the flavour base of a tea-drink (hot or cold) - it is strong enough to flavour an ice-cream base or to power a banana smoothie. It is great in honey-syrups for desserts - adds a fascinating 'woody' undertone - simply delicious with apple-cakes, brandy and date puddings, steamed puddings, waffles or pancakes...

Perfect any time of the day or night - it contains no caffeine - just lots of 'naturally-good-for-you' minerals and anti-oxidants.

Honeybush Espresso is so easy to make (and so addictively deliciously intense!), you'll wonder why you've never tried it before...

First - pick your 'weapons'.

Any extraction device you use for coffee can be used for Honeybush Espresso - just make sure it is pristinely clean before you start.

The dosage is simple: 14g of powder per cup. (14g = a large-ish tablespoon). Use this as a starting point and adjust to taste. Some people prefer stronger, others weaker...

From here, you can turn it into a frothy-milk fantasy; enjoy it as a 'shot' of Garden Route flavour, add peach juice, mint and ice (ok - so some people add a little Vodka too!); or you can use it in sauces (who would have thought?), in baking - it makes brilliant pancakes... or you could add milk and a few ice cubes and shake it up as a frappe.
