Cape Treasures
Simply good food and fine flavours, done really, really well...
All the people we work with have their favourite recipes - the ones where they use the best ingredients, cut no corners (if the onions need to roast for 3 hours, the onions roast for 3 hours...) - those recipes they love making: their flavour treasures.
This is one part of the Cape Treasures story... the other part is the 'heart' of the people - the bit that cannot be 'bought' - it can only be freely given.
And then, these are the products we use almost every day... and have done, for many years.
